chiseled in 30 has helped me achieve the highest fitness level ever!! i'm in more shape now than i was when i was playing football. I've always been interested in exercising more using calisthenics & ci30 has given me more than a clear understanding. i could write a book on chiseled-in-30 . Im headed to the gym now to start phase two. I have much more energy. Im more flexible and i'm seeing my six pack coming in. I'm satisfied. Today in class everyone was jocking me and we had to draw a picture so i got more attention because my body is working right so my mind is and my art skills have gone up. Idk its crazy. The nutrition is key to fuel me because this is in no way an easy way out its a real work out! thanks again!
